As CEO at BS Computer with my team we developped Opservator platform. Opservator is cloud application accompanied with mobile application which is used for making observations in stores, retail shops, plant operations, taxi companies, branding/marketing/printing companies…
Our main goal was to make it simple and easy for companies who use for this activities Viber, Whatsup and similar applications. I saw that our clients use these apps and that they have a lot of problems because of it:
- ease of data processing into useful informations,
- tracking who fulfilled their tasks,
- history of changes,
- analyze data,
- filtering needed data,
- reporting,
- problem with space on mobile devices/smart phones,

We solved problem on different way… instead of only using smart phone, we use it only for data acquisition, our cloud for data storage and processing, and data is served to end users over web application.
Data acquisition is done through the OBSERVATOR MOBILE application currently available on Android-based smart devices. Observations are made by selecting the type of observation from the offered list (which can be regular and extraordinary), after which a photo is taken, which is automatically sent to the Observator server.
OBSERVATOR WEB application is a cloud application located on BS Computer cloud infrastructure and is primarily intended for middle and top management in enterprises to monitor the implementation of standards in the enterprise. Data is collected by employees through a mobile application, and a web application is used to monitor and analyze the data collected.
